Russ began his photographic odyssey at age fourteen and has been expressing his love for the natural world one frame at a time ever since. With an emphasis on natural history, muscle powered sports, travel, and historic sites in North America and beyond, Russ creates dynamic stock and fine art imagery with a sense of detail and drama. Specializing in strong compositions of the natural world from grand panoramas to intimate details, his work can be seen in advertisements, books, calendars and international publications from a diverse clientele.
